Refund Policy
At Codent Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and professional services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the nature of digital and custom development work.
1. General Policy
All services provided by Codent Technologies are customized and project-based, and therefore, payments made for services are generally non-refundable once the project has started.
2. Advance Payments
- Advance or initial payments are required to begin any project.
- These payments cover:
- Project planning
- Design concepts
- Initial development work
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- The project has not started within the agreed timeframe.
- Codent Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to internal reasons.
- Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project before significant work has been completed.
Any approved refund will be processed after deducting:
- Work completed
- Time spent
- Third-party costs (if any)
4. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects divided into milestones:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- If the project is canceled midway, the client is responsible for paying for:
- All completed work
- Work in progress up to the cancellation date
5. Monthly Services (SEO, Maintenance, Ads, etc.)
- Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
6. Third-Party Costs
Any expenses related to third-party services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Domain registrations
- Hosting
- Paid plugins or themes
- Advertising budgets (Meta, Google, etc.)
- App store fees
7. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of business plans
- Change of mind after project start
- Delays caused by client-side issues
- Lack of communication or approvals from the client
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, both parties agree to:
- Attempt resolution through mutual discussion.
- Reach a fair settlement based on work completed.
